• Develop an understanding of Ofsted’s ‘deep dives’ into RE and explore how RE will be inspected under SIAMS. • Develop subject knowledge in line with the new syllabus and discuss strategies to develop pupils’ religious literacy.
• Explore methods for leading and monitoring RE across the school.

How to decolonise your curriculum? Following the Black Lives Matter protests earlier this year we will be examining how a renewed consciousness about race and equality is impacting on RE and more widely in the school curriculum. Ed Pawson will be joined by others as he leads this session.
