Effective Middle Leadership for Teaching Spring 2021 Online Course

Given the current pandemic we have carefully considered how we can proceed with our training for the new academic year whilst ensuring your safety and wellbeing.  It is for this reason that we have decided to move all our courses scheduled for 2020-2021, to an online platform.

Effective Middle Leadership For Teaching Staff Spring/Summer 2021 Online

The importance of having an effective middle leadership is crucial to a successful school and should not be underestimated. Effective middle leaders act as the driving force, implementing the vision of senior leaders and working with classroom teachers to deliver results.

Our tailored programme supports established as well as aspiring middle leaders to develop their knowledge and skills through a series of interactive workshops. Participants will also be required to complete a leadership project as part of the programme. They will receive additional coaching by established senior leaders to support them to reflect on their practice and achieve the most benefit to their school.

Workshops will include:

• The importance of leadership
• Leading an effective team
• Dealing with the practical issues
• Coaching & mentoring
• Strategies for securing and evidencing improvement
• Holding yourself and others to account
