EdTech Demonstrator Programme SE/ Reducing staff workload
Reducing workload is something that digital devices and software do - but only when you know how! Making the tech be smart and work harder so you do not have to is something that is especially relevant to all educational providers at present.
Therefore the aim of this short course is to give you a range of ideas of how you can implement this into your setting now - learning from and with our national network of Edtech Demonstrators and you can discuss this more in your personalised webinar.
Time-hacks, supporting mental health and well-being have never been so important to both the classroom and staff rooms in your settings.
Here we look at ways to reduce teacher workload and make the tech work hard, so you can work smart.
Before you watch our Demonstrators explore their experiences and ways to reduce teacher workload you may wish to also reflect on the following:
What would your staff say is the biggest waste of time when it comes to their work?
What have you already put in place - and has this been effective? What and why?
What would you like to achieve? If you do not know, this short course will help with ideas - BUT if you have key ambitions keep these in mind as you learn here - or take your questions straight to your Demonstrator - either in the webinar or request further support from them.
